WOW..Time flys!!

It has been almost 2 years to the day since I last posted. A lot has gone on...I went back to school to get my BS in Paralegal Studies, we bought a house, and added to our family.

Jacob Arthur was born on September 1, 2009. We recently found out that he has a congenital heart defect. He was diagnosed with Aortic Stenosis and has already had a balloon valvuloplasty. He is doing great and is growing like a weed.



Avery will be 3 at the end of this month. I can't believe my little baby girl is a big girl now. She is very independent, and extremely helpful with her baby brother.



Justin is currently deployed, although, he was able to get to come home for 3 weeks for Jacob's heart procedure. I am very thankful that his command allowed him to be here during such a stressful time for me.

I will hopefully be able to remember to keep this up. My life is hectic and crazy right now and my little brain can't keep up! :)

Time is running out!

This year has gone by so fast. I don't know if it was because Justin has been deployed for this past year or that I have been completely busy raising our almost one year old daughter....or the combination of both!:)

It looks like Justin will be home in a couple of weeks, hopefully! Please don't let there be another natural disater! I have tons of things that I need to get done before he gets home...and my time is running out!

Avery will be turing the big "1" on December 27. She is just about walking on her own. She has 7 teeth now, and I think she is working on some more....as she has been a wee bit cranky this past couple of days! She jabbers all the time, and she loves it when I read a book or two to her.

As for me...I love staying home with Avery. I wouldn't change it for the world.
